Using a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight, you’ll move through progressive sets that challenge every major muscle group for balanced, functional strength.

Our dance program in the Studio @ Vibe and Zen Vibe Studios, combine fitness, artistry, and community through classes that challenge the body while encouraging confidence and creativity. Whether you're looking to elevate your cardio, explore a new style of movement, or simply have fun, Vibe Dance offers an experience for every level. Offerings vary by location an include Zumba, Dance in Heels, Barre, and Contemporary Dance.

Our boxing classes combine cardio, strength, and functional movement in a high-energy workout designed to improve endurance, coordination, agility, and confidence. Whether you're stepping into the studio for the first time or looking to elevate your training, every class delivers a challenging full-body experience.

    Our Class Experience Policy

    Our classes run on energy, structure, and respect for each other’s time. Here’s how we keep the flow strong.
    • Booking Window: Classes open 7 days in advance.
    • Cancellations: Plans change, we get it. Just cancel at least 3 hours before class through the app so someone else can take your spot.
    • Missed Classes:If a class is missed or you don’t check in, a strike will be issued. Three strikes within 30 days results in a 7-day booking pause.
    • Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Doors close at class start, no late entry.
    • Accountability: All bookings and cancellations are managed through the app. This keeps the system fair and consistent for everyone.
