As a Certified Personal Trainer(CPT), RYT-200 Hatha Yoga Teacher, Mobility & Stretch Therapist (PNF-based), IntegrativeSomatic Trauma Therapy practitioner, and Holistic Nutritionist/Herbalist, Lisa blendsevidence-informed methods with ancestral wisdom to guide clients toward sustainable change.
Rooted in her background as a competitive high-school wrestler and later an assistant wrestlingcoach, Lisa brings the discipline, grit, and precision of the mat to every session. That trainingtaught her how to balance intensity with recovery, focus with breath, and structure withcompassion—principles she now uses to help clients improve range of motion, reduce pain, andmove with confidence.
With years coaching in NYC (Mercedes Club, Elite Amenities, Tribeca View, Vibe Fitness), Lisaintegrates breath-led assisted stretching, functional mobility, fascial release, and smart strengthprogressions to support joint health and nervous-system regulation.
